Kodo Adai Millet
Kodo Adai is a delicious, protine packed and healthy dishes from Tamil Nadu cuisine. It is a perfect choice for a wholesome and filling meal anytime of the day. Kodo Adai is made of Kodo millet, Rice, Lentils and other kinds of spices. All the other ingredients in this recipe are also plant-based, this is also vegan. Use the batter within a week when stored in refrigerator.
Keep the batter little thick as Adai is usually a thick dosa. If you wish to make crispy and thin dosa, the batter needs to be little thin but not runny. This is a personal choice.

How to make Kodo Adai Dosa
1. Grease the pan with little oil and heat it. Do not over heat the pan.
2. Spread the batter quickly, add ghee/oil/butter.
3. Flip the dosa and cook on the otherside. Add ghee or oil as needed.
4. Serve hot with Aviyal/Chutney/Jaggery.
