Mysore Dosa

Mysore Dosa is crisp and golden brown on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It is usually served with a spicy red chilli and garlic chutney spread on the inside and can be stuffed with a potato bhaji, served with a simple coconut chutney. Ideal for breakfast or dinner cravings.

Note: This dosa needs fermentation for enhanced taste and texture.

Raw rice, Urad dal, Channa dal,  Tuar dal, fenugreek seeds, Rice Flakes (poha)
