Pesarattu
Pesarattu is an authentic Andhra dish. It's a protien packed healthy breakfast/dinner option. Use the batter within a week when refrigerated.

How to make a pesarattu
1. Grease the pan with little oil and heat it. Do not over heat the pan.
2. Spread the batter quickly, add ghee/oil/butter.
3. Flip the dosa, cook for min
4. Enjoy the pesarattu with ginger chutney or Ravva Upma
<*OPTIONAL*> You can also add finley chopped onions, green chillis, ginger, grated carrot once you spread the batter and cover with the lid. Do not flip the dosa.
Ingredients:
Whole green gram, Rice, Spices
