Raagi Idly/Dosa
Raagi Dosa/Raagi Idly is a South Indian cuisine made with finger millet(Raagi). These are abundant in fiber and iron. For *Idly's*, use the batter as is and for *Dosas* the same batter can be slightly diluted. For a filling breakfast or dinner, it can be served with chutney or sambar. They also happen to be vegan. If the batter is kept in the refrigerator, use it within a week.
