Rava Dosa Mix

*Rava Dosa Mix* will be supplied in *powdered form*. 225gms for 0.5kg batter.  310 Ml of Water would need to be added just before making dosa. Stir them well while pouring water to the powder to make batter form. Ensure the batter is smooth and no lumps are formed. Make the batter 10 mins before pouring to the pan. This is necessary as preparing Rava dosa batter too early will cause batter to stick to the pan. 

 Ingredients - Rava, Rice flour, Wheat flour, jeera, curry leaves and salt
