Tomato Dosa

Tomato Dosa is one of the tastiest dosas. The batter is little runny than normal batter. 

*Mild Salt is added*

How to make a Tomato dosa
1. Grease the pan with little oil and heat it. Do not over heat the pan.
2. Pour the batter quickly, add ghee/oil/butter. 
3. Cover the dosa and let it cook.
3. Flip the dosa, cook for min
4. Enjoy with the chutney of your choice. (Onion chutney tastes great with this dosa).

Ingredients:
Raw Rice, Toor Dal, Fresh Tomatoes, Spices
