How to make a Uthappam
1. Grease the pan with little oil and heat it. Do not over heat the pan.
2. Pour a small ladle of batter at the center. Do not spread it a lot.
3. Add fine chopped vegetables of your choice.
4. Drizzle oil/ghee around the edges and on top.
5. Once the edges are cooked, flip the uthappam and cook for a min.
6. Remove from the pan once both sides are nicely cooked.
7. It can be served with chutney/ sambar/podi of your choice.

*Salt, onions, coriander added*
